IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, YOUR RETURN MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM YOUR RECEIPT OF SAID ITEM(S). IF YOUR RETURN EXCEEDS THE 15 DAY TIMEFRAME, YOUR REFUND WILL BE IN THE FORM OF AN IN-STORE CREDIT SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
- All refunds will be issued back to customer’s original form of payment if return is postmarked within 15 days of the original delivery date. If the return is postmarked past the 15-day requirement customer will receive an in-store credit in the form of an Olivia Kate e-gift card.
- Refund will be in the amount of the original purchase price excluding shipping if paid by the customer; it will not include any shipping costs incurred to return item(s).
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original packing slip MUST be included in the return.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- Due to hygiene reasons, Bodysuits, Shoes, Swimwear, Intimates & Accessories (jewelry, purses, sunglasses & belts) are NONREFUNDABLE.
- Final Sale items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
- ALL SHOE SALES ARE FINAL
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed.
- Once I receive the return, please allow 5-7 days for me to process the return.
HOW DOES AN EXCHANGE WORK?
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, I will require you to fill out the slip included in your delivery package indicating that you want to make an exchange.
- Follow the instructions on the slip under the “exchange section”, filling out reason for exchange and the size for which you wish to exchange.
- Customer is responsible for the returned shipping cost.
- In the event your item is no longer available, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

HOW DOES MY STORE CREDIT WORK?
Your in-store credit will be sent to you via email within 1-3 business days after your returned merchandise has been received and finalized in my system. Once you have received your store credit via email, you then have 60 days to utilize the store credit.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
In the unlikely event you received a damaged item, we ask that you contact me at email@example.com within 15 days so that I may resolve your issue promptly!
